The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) is a voluntary pact of businesses and firms worldwide whose aim is to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies, and to report on their implementation.  Self-described as the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, it is a call to companies to align strategies and operations with universal principles on human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption.  Network USA is responsible for the management and implementation of UNGC in the United States. 

Working alongside colleagues from the Seidman Research Institute at Arizona State University, CERP designed, implemented, and analyzed a Network USA members’ survey and conducted a series of focus groups.   

The team reported its conclusions to the UNGC U.S. Board of Directors in June 2023 outlining its findings on Network USA members’ needs and wants, their perceptions of the local chapter, and the effectiveness of local programs and initiatives.
